💡 Ask this to find out the location of the pain.

He fell down the stairs and he has hurt his head badly.

💡 Explain how the injury happened to the first responders.

If we do not get help quickly, the situation will get worse.

💡 Use this to show that the situation is urgent.

He might have a food allergy, so we must find his medicine.

💡 Explain that the person has a known medical condition.
