'bachche akharam' literally means 'I am the last child'.

'shahrestan' means 'county' or 'province', but here it means any city outside Tehran.
پدر و مادرم اصفهان هستن، برای همین من اینجا تنها زندگی میکنم.
neutralpedar o madaram esfahan hastan, baraye hamin man inja tanha zendegi mikonam.
My parents are in Isfahan, therefore I live here alone.
Uses 'baraye hamin' (for this reason/therefore) to link the two statements.
