The inverted 'avez-vous' sounds slightly more formal and polite.

'Cachet' is a common everyday word for a pill or tablet.

J'ai super mal à la tête aujourd'hui.

My head hurts really badly today.

'Super' is very frequently used in spoken French to mean 'very'.

J'ai un très fort mal de tête depuis hier.

I have had a very bad headache since yesterday.

Notice that 'depuis' (since) takes the present tense in French.
